Yes. The branded app is complimentary for one conference, through 30 days after the event. We ask for a short debrief, permission to share results, and a conversation about your AV needs.
Do attendees need to download anything or create an account?
No. The app opens from a link in the browser, and attendees can save it to their home screen. No sign-up is required.
What happens to attendee data?
Onyva has no ads and we never sell attendee data. Your usage report shows totals, not individual attendees.
How much work is it for our team?
Very little. We build the app and write the copy. Your team approves it and adds the link to the emails you're already sending.
Do attendees keep using it after the conference?
Yes. Onyva works for any trip, so attendees keep using it long after your event, with your logo on it. Each year you continue, new attendees join the existing audience.
What happens after the pilot?
You can continue with a subscription or turn it into a sponsor-presented perk, and your branded audience keeps growing each year you continue. If it ends, nothing breaks: attendees keep their lists and the app switches to standard branding.
